He focuses on streamlining processes, whereby he strives to alleviate the inefficiencies and increase the company’s productivity.
John’s positive perspective leads to his involvement in the improving of developmental, operational, technical and the financial approaches to empower USP&E C&M and its clients, with the achievements of high end results.

Anell Vermaak

Finance Manager

With over 20 years of office management, project, and sales experience, Anell has brought a high level of professionalism and work ethic to USP&E Investments. She is an independent, loyal, hardworking individual who enjoys working on her own as well as part of a team. She is detail orientated and enjoys a multi-faceted working environment, As the Office Manager for USP&E Investments, she manages the day to day running of the office including project admin management, procurement, inventory, finance recons, accounts receivable, and potential business.

David Williams

Operations Manager

As operations manager for USP&E Construction and Manufacturing, David Williams is tasked to combine all spheres of Construction and Manufacturing portfolios & divisions to ensure the expedient success of running all components within the company. To ensure these goals are determined, the purpose and direction of his leadership qualities that translate into reality are to be detail orientated and turn anything that seems impossible into reality. Being immersed in the planning of structures and execution of tasks, David is able to execute extreme ownership while exercising decentralised command to move operations of the teams towards strategic achievable goals, by finding the equilibrium balances of a fast-growing dynamic organization like USP&E Construction and Manufacturing.

Ryan Christie is a skilled carpentry manager with 12 years of experience in the industry. As a carpentry manager, Ryan Christie has successfully overseen projects of varying sizes and complexity, consistently delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. He has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence that is reflected in every project he manages. In addition to his technical skills, Ryan Christie is also an effective communicator and team leader. He is skilled at motivating and managing teams of carpenters, ensuring that everyone is working together efficiently and effectively to achieve the project’s goals.

Inventory & Marketing Associate

Cassidy Avnit has a formal background with a graduate degree in English and Communication Science. Cassidy is an articulate, hardworking and driven individual. Being a part of the USP&E Construction and Manufacturing team, with a creative mind, she is always open to new challenges, tackling each individual task given to her with a creative energy and a new perspective. She brings a positive attitude to building and developing new methods to improve internal processes to the benefit of the organization and can be viewed as an integral member of USP&E.

Murendeni Nemalili is a highly driven and motivated Business Development Manager with an MBA degree and background in managing operational processes and driving business growth. As a Business Development Manager, he has proven his ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand the organization’s reach. In Murendeni’s current role, he combines his expertise in operations management and business development to guide growth and success for USP&E Construction and Manufacturing.
