Our workforce housing solutions include all plumbing and electrical pre-installed. Man Camps by USP&E Investments include branded furniture and custom fittings to suit any project or organization.
All our man camps are manufactured in-house and furnished by us. This ensures that these units are developed and ship fast to a high-quality standard.

Room Specifications
Junior Room
1) 6m solid container – This has full cooling insulation inside with dry walling and the exterior is fully cladded with a new castellation composite material for no maintenance with a 25-year warranty. These are simply placed onto concrete pards on site and ready to accommodate.
2) All Furniture is Custom laser cut high steel products for stronger sustainability and coated with high speck paint and branded to the clients’ identity. These units include a Cupboard/Wardrobe, Bed Side Table, Prep Counter for kitchen net, 99L bar fridge, Single bed base and mattress, Vanity, Toilet, Shower, Study desk for working, Outside table and bench, Aircon 9000BTU.
3. The Junior unit also comes with a 2.5m wide by 4m long Composite deck 25-year warranty as well as a waterproof roof cover for the deck area and for shade to the rooms.
4. The Mine Accommodation is a plug and play unit and can be set up extremely fast from delivery as all electrical work already done and plumbing all that’s needed is to connect the line of units on one line.
5. The Units can have solar solution installed afterwards to run off the grid this would be costed separately on the time of request.
6. All prices exclude export to sites and transport from Jhb manufacture line. This will be quoted on request of destination from Client.C
